Marianne Aguiar

As chief financial officer for Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI), Marianne Aguiar is responsible for financial strategy and oversees the company’s finance, accounting and facilities organizations. With more than 15 years of construction industry experience, Aguiar is known for tackling strategic and compliance matters and partnering closely with operations to drive revenue and growth. She was appointed to the role of CFO in 2024.

Aguiar joined Cupertino Electric in 2014 as vice president of finance where she helped triple company revenue growth over a 10-year period. Prior to joining CEI, she served as director of financial controls and technical accounting for URS Corporation, which was acquired by AECOM during her tenure. She started her career at the accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (PwC) where she ascended to the role of manager and has held a series of CFO, vice president and leadership roles at private and public companies representing a variety of industries.

Aguiar earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and has been a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1991.
