Arden (Mission Bay Block 12)

This residential project, built in Mission Bay near University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), was new construction of a single-phase 493,588 square foot condominium development. There are a total of 267 units with corresponding parking stalls. The building construction features architectural concrete, stone masonry, textured composite engineered panels, glass balcony railings, accent colored glass, and floor to ceiling window-wall system.
