Munger, Tolles & Olson

This project for Munger, Tolles & Olson was a five-floor, 155,000-square-foot, tenant improvement commercial office project that took place throughout the 46th-50th floors of the tower at 350 South Grand Avenue. Cupertino Electric’s scope of work included installing electrical and lighting systems (with plug load control Title 24), an automatic transfer switch (ATS) with a manual bypass and a 150-kVA UPS system.
