This project involved the new construction of an outdoor shopping mall comprising 305,070 square-feet of retail and 255,735 square-feet of above-grade parking on a 15-acre site. The project was built in two phases with a majority of the existing retail stores remaining open during construction. Phase 1 included a cold shell building (Safeway), three warm shell buildings (a restaurant, a two-story Chase Bank and a two-story retail/office), along with site and roof parking on two of the buildings. All work for Phase 1 was completed in compliance with Title 24 2013 and Phase 2 construction was completed in 2017.
