Santa Clara Square Retail

The high-end development, called Santa Clara Square, is located at the corner of Scott Boulevard and Bowers Avenue in Santa Clara, Calif. Santa Clara Square consists of seven buildings and associated parking lots that together create a destination retail shopping center. The 97,000-square-foot project involved core and shell scopes of work, main electrical infrastructure, tele/data systems, utility and cable infrastructure, and a full fire alarm system throughout. An interactive and intelligent DMX lighting system will also be installed in all buildings and parking lots, which includes multi-colored LED and lighting poles imported from Italy. This premiere lighting system was added to provide a theatrical experience to shoppers of the high-end retail development.
