The VMware S-Complex is the complete remodel of three, two-story commercial office buildings totaling over 214,680 square feet. The project included the build-out of conference rooms, cafeterias, break rooms and electrical rooms. The buildings are designed with notification devices throughout with sprinkler monitoring and elevator recall/shunt systems. Cupertino Electric (CEI) completed the fast-track project in sixteen weeks.
